Meet Your Trainer: Noah
If you’ve joined an FX30 class at The Aquadome, you’ve likely been led by Noah, our Health Club Manager and experienced fitness instructor. With nearly four years at The Aquadome and a recently completed Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Noah brings deep knowledge and a strong focus on helping members reach their health and fitness goals.
His approach to FX30 blends science-backed training with variety and energy. Each 30-minute session is designed to build full body strength and boost cardiovascular fitness, using diverse movement patterns that keep every workout fresh and challenging.
Noah’s goal is to make every class effective and enjoyable. He pushes members to train at the right intensity for results burning calories, building strength, and improving overall performance while maintaining a fun, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.
