Swimming is a full-body workout and therefore it is important that your body is well nourished but not over-fed before you get in the pool.
Due to the upcoming public holiday on Monday 9th March 2020, there will be amended opening hours and classes. OPENING HOURS: 7AM – 6PM LEARN

Friday:
