We’d added some extra classes into our group fitness timetable to propel us into a summer of health, well-being and fitness.
Here’s a preview of some of the new additions:
- Mondays – 6:45pm Aqua Aerobics
- Mondays – 6:30pm Body Combat (Main Studio)
- Thursdays – 5:30pm Spin (Main Studio)
- Fridays – 10:30am Body Combat (Main Studio)
We review our timetables quarterly to ensure we have the best mix of classes for our members. If a class is not popular we may look to remove and replace it with another one.
We monitor feedback and attendance to determine the best course of action so thank you for helping us create the best experience for our valued members!
