A massive congratulations to Amelia, Michael F, Michael S, Kurt and Liam for successfully completing their traineeships in 2023! It has been a pleasure to see you all grow and develop over the last year within the aquatic industry.
We are thrilled to report that all trainees will be staying on as casual staff members and are wanting to progress within the industry!
The SA State Excellence award for 2023 went to Michael F. Michael has displayed dedication and commitment to the aquatic industry and is now working in swim school, lifeguarding and customer service. Michael was self motivated and maintained progress within his certificate 3 studies. Well done, and well deserved Michael!
A big welcome to our new trainees, we look forward to watching you all develop and grow throughout 2024. In November you were all busy completing your first aid, CPR, lifeguard and swim teaching courses. So far the summer has been full of hands-on learning while completing your lifeguarding and swim school shadow shifts. You have great role models at the Aquadome to learn from, please ask as many questions as possible! As of the 17th of January all trainee's commenced their certificate 3 studies with Julie from Active Training.
In summary 2023 was an extremely rewarding year for all, the Aquadome team are excited to see what 2024 brings!
