With national borders finally open, over the past 6 weeks, the BlueFit site-support team have taken the opportunity to once again connect with the team at a site level. Face to face training is imperative to ensuring the upskilling of our people which lends itself to a safer experience for our members and guests.
Tommy Hughes (National Operations Manager), Stephanie Paterson (Southern Education educator) and Joel Perricone (National Health and Safety Partner) were joined by Brett McEwin (BlueFit Group GM) and Todd McHardy (BlueFit CEO) as they addressed the importance of Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR updates while also resetting the groups operational and safety standards to national consistency. Mock emergency evacuations were also on the agenda as we continue to put safety first at BlueFit.
